I've heard good things about Vonage (especially the price & what you get for it).

Hi,

It sounds like you may have forgotten to dial`1`, in front of the area code + phone number. You will get a busy signal if you don't dial the `1` first as if you are making a long distance call. Basically, every call that you make with Vonage is dialed as if it is a long distance call.

I love Vonage. I've had it since March 2004 and now have 4 Vonage lines. One is the very portable `VPhone`. We took it took with us on our business trip to Bangkok and Singapore. It was great to be able to call back to our US office without any charges.
