		<description>I have discovered that when I am doing any downloads while talking on my Vonage line, the download eats up &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;a lot of bandwidth&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;, thereby deteriorating line quality. When a download finally completes, line quality goes back to normal. I have no problem with that.</description>
